Speech contest finalists
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 16. Mesdames Patricia McDon;ald (Hamilton), Geraldine i Stellingwerf (Te Aroha) and I Gill Costello (Masterton) were last night chosen at the three • North Island representatives for the national final of the ‘Plunket speech contest in i Christchurch in November. ! The South Island finalists are Mesdames Ruth Todd ; (Timaru) and Ann Keeper ! (Nelson).
