(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 15. New Zealand military plan- . ners will have talks with staff officers from the United Kingdom and Australia in Canberra in the week commencing October 26 on arrange- , ments for the defence of Mai- ; aysia and Singapore. A Ministry of Defence , statement today said the planners would discuss the practical aspects of administrative arrangements, such as logistic support, in which they could co-operate in the stationing of forces in Malaysia and Singapore. The decision to hold the talks was announced during the visit of the British Minister of Defence (Lord Carrington). I
