Any person entitled to use water from the water race may within one month of the date of the Special Order apply to a Magistrate’s Court for an order setting aside the Special Order of the Council. SCHEDULE The following length of water race is to be closed: That race originating adjacent to the north-west corner of Lot 1 D.P. 5614 (owned by J.
