NOTICE is hereby given that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, in a decision dated August 28, 1970. directs that all that land lying between Shands Road and a proposed new road from Shands Road to Main South Road marked on Plan M. 1195 Civic and Public Purposes, shall be zoned Commercial “B” and designated for Civic and Public purposes and so much of the said land as is zoned Commercial “C” shall be zoned Commercial “C” (all uses pursuant to that zoning being conditional) and it ■hall be a condition of consent of the Paparua Coiinty Council to use under this zoning of any part of the last mentioned land, that there shall be no vehicular access directly therefrom to Shands Road. It is also directed that any person wishing to object to the proposal may do so by stating the particulars of such objection in writing (together with the name and address of such person) and sending such objection to the Secretary of the Board at 32 Mulgrave Street, Wellington, on or before the second day of October, 1970.
