QUADRUPLETS.—A six-tooth Romney ewe, which had been mated with a Southdown ram, with her four lambs on the Halswell property of Mr and Mrs C. A. Jamieson. The lambs were born on Thursday. Mr Jamieson said that in more than 40 years experience with sheep it was the first time he had had a ewe give birth to quadruplets.
