$BO,OOO deal
Wootton House, a twostorey building of 3000 sq. ft on the comer of Durham and Peterborough Streets, has been sold for a price in excess of $BO,OOO. The building has been sold by William Bacon and Company, Ltd, to an undisclosed buyer. The sale was negotiated by Mr Athol Brown, a commercial and. industrial estate agent. The ground floor of the building is warehouse space and the first floor houses an office and showrooms.
