CORNED BEEF BURGHERS
No home cook need look farther than her recipe for burghers to please and satisfy her children. This one for Corned Beef Burghers should appeal to most young persons. You will need: Minced corned beef (cooked) Beaten egg Buttered slices of bread Salt and pepper Method: Make required number of sandwiches using a thick filling -of
minced corned beef which may be flavoured with tomato sauce. Remove crusts and dip each sandwich in egg beaten with a little cold water and seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil, or butter, turning when underside is golden brown. Serve hot.
