St Albans House Brings $7000
A three-bedroom, weather board bungalow on a 41-perch section at 128 Bishop Street, St Albans, was sold for $7OOO yesterday at auction. The Government valuation is $6BOO. The property was sold on account of the estate of I. M Sorrell, by N. H. McCrostie and Company. The auctioneer was Mr M. H. McCrostie.
