The successful applicant will be fully responsible for production, quality control, deliveries and maintenance. He will be expected to achieve results within strict operating budgets. Wide experience in quarry management or supervision and formal qualifications in an appropriate engineering discipline are essential. Although initially based in Australia the right man must be prepared to travel and should have proven ability in man management It is not expected that a man' who is less than 30 would have sufficient experience to meet the demands of the position. Salary will be by negotiation but will be at a level to attract the right man. A company car will be provided and above average superannuation benefits are available.
