Glass Toughener
Australian Window Glass Pty, Ltd, a subsidiary of Australian Consolidated Industries, Ltd, has purchased for cash a 49 per cent interest in J. W. R. Hammond Holdings, Pty, Ltd, which will be known as Glass Tougheners Holdings Pty, Ltd. This purchase will make A.W.G. the largest single shareholder in Glass Tougheners Holdings Pty, Ltd.
