ACCOUNTANTS NEW GUINEA I. ■■ ■ ■. ■ Cooper Brothers & Co., Chartered Accountants, have vacancies in their offices in New Guinea for young qualified or semi-qualified accountants with some professional experience. These positions offer responsibility and varied experience in all phases of accounting, taxation, auditing and secretarial services in a rapidly developing country. Salaries will be individually negotiated according to experience and qualifications and are based on Sydney levels with an additional Territory allowance of $624 per annum. Accommodation and air fares to and from New Guinea are paid by the firm with leave at the rate of four weeks per annum. Income tax rates are approximately half the Australian rates.-There are excellent opportunities for promotion and transfer to offices of the firm in Australia.
