Checking Fruit
Health authorities throughout West Germany have been alerted to watch for the danger of poisoned Greek fruit imports. The alert came after the claims by a Greek resistance movement which said it had poisoned this week’s, fruit consignment to West Germany in an effort to force a boycott of Greek exports.— Bonn, August 19.
