Ownership Of J. Lysaght
The arrangements under which Broken Hill Propriety ary Company, Ltd (8.H.P.) and Guest, Keen and Nettelfolds, Ltd (GJK.N.) will jointly own John Lysaght (Australia), Ltd, have now been agreed between the part les. B.H.P. and G.K.N. say in a joint statement that they have formed a holding com pany, in which they each have an equal interest, owning all I the voting shares in John I Lysaght. Its name is B.H.P.- • G.K.N. Holdings, Ltd. > John Lysaght will continue its activities as before. The immediate development I this company has in hand is the establishment of a cold r reduction plant, and assort - ated facilities, at Western • Port in Victoria. This is the initial stage in ■ a much bigger development, : envisaging a large steel plant i and hot rolling mills. The directors of 8.H.P.I G.K.N. Holdings are Mrs R. ; Brookes, Mr J.
