Young People Warned (N.Z. Preaa Aaaociation) ROTORUA, July 2«. 1 Young National Party members were warned this evening that if there was too much campus disorder “the taxpayer cannot be expected to remain silent much longer.” The warning came from Mr R. M. Jansen, deputy chairman of the Waikato division of the party, who welcomed the Young Nationals to Rotorua where they are taking part in the party's annual conference. “It is forgotten by students that the taxpayer has a stake in universities,” he said. “Unfortunately, it has become popular to protest. "There are danger signs that drugs also might become popular,” Mr Jansen said.
