Buildings For Peru
GV.Z. Pres* Association) AUCKLAND, July 19. , The first parts of four earth quake-proof buildings for jPeru were loaded aboard the freighter Port Lyttelton at Auckland on Friday. Valued at $52,000, the buildings are to provide accommodation for 100 earthquake victims. The buildings are a gift ;from the New Zealand Government, and are to meet the longer-term needs of Peruvians made homeless by the earthquake in Northern Peru last month. The Port Lyttelton, which is j due to leave Auckland tomor-j row will also have on board; three cases of anti-biotic! drugs worth $2OOO. The drugs are being sent! by Medical Aid Abroad (New i I Zealand), and are for relief ; purposes. Also included in i the shipment are 10 bales of clothing gathered byj C.0.R.5.0.
