Cashmere Farm Passed In
A farming property of 426 acres on the Cashmere Hills near Victoria Park and the Summit Road, was passed in at $45,156 ($lO6 an acre) when it was offered for sale by public auction yesterday. The property, which is suitable for sub-division, was offered on account of the Bowenvale Farming Company. About 17 persons attended the auction, which was conducted by the NMA Company of New Zealand, Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr W. R. Flanagan.
