Sir,—Congratulations to Dr Neil Begg on his informative book "The New Zealand Child and His Family.” It certainly deserves praise, and the sincere thanks of New Zealand parents. Over the last 21 years we have successfully brought up our nine Plunket babies, thanks to the help and advice of the Plunket Society. Now this valuable advice and wealth of experience have been patiently and sincerely compiled by Dr Begg.
