Press Association) ' WELLINGTON, July 16. i The results of the second , bonus bonds prize draw : would be issued at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, the Post- • master-General (Mr McCready) said today. 1 The list of major prize! winners would be published! in the press and through the N.Z.B.C. on that day and full, prize lists would be published in the daily press the next day. This pattern would Ibe the same for all future! -draws. There would be 1840 prizes in this draw, totalling. 40,080. This amount represented interest earned during May by bonds paid for dur- i ing March and April and not! redeemed at the end of May. I Only bonds fulfilling these ! conditions would be elegible to win a prize in this draw. He said the timing for the issue of the results of the third draw had been fixed for August 11. The prize fund would be 542,000, being the interest earned during June, and bonds paid for before the end of May and not redeemed at June 30 would take part. There would be 2036 prizes. The results of the fourth! draw, for interest earned by I eligible bonds during July, | would be issued on August 25. Thereafter draws would be held each month to dis-i tribute the interest earned by eligible bonds during the! preceding month and the: results would be issued on| the second Tuesday of each, month.
