Tests Opposed
An Australian delegate to the World Youth Assembly will propose today that the conference should issue a condemnation of the French nuclear tests in the Pacific. Mr Stephen Graves urges the assembly’s peace commission to condemn strongly those countries continuing nuclear tests in the atmosphere and, In particular, the French Government, for its tests in the Pacific Ocean.—New York, July 17.
