Swiss Arrest Japanese
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) BERNE, July 16. The Swiss Ministry of Justice and Police have announced the arrest, on Monday, of a Japanese on suspicion of industrial espionage. A Ministry communique says that a Swiss was arrested on July 3 at Biel in connection with the same affair. “Both are strongly suspected of having worked for an economic intelligence service acting on behalf of a large Japanese enterprise to the detriment of various Swiss firms, particularly in the watch industry,” the communique said, adding that the accused pair had a number of accomplices.
