Roll 1080) f jfl \ (Including a Sixth Form of 130 and Seventh Form of 25) The School offers a full range of courses including foreign languages (French, German), Accounting, Draughting and Agricultural Science. AGRICULTURAL COURSE is a course designed to stimulate a boy's or girl's interest in Agricultural Science. The school farm is a valuable demonstration unit illustrating the practical aspects of Agricultural Science. Pupils can go from School Certificate on to a Sixth Form course. Boarding allowance is available to those pupils who must live away from home to take such a course. A travelling allowance is payable to pupils taking this course who have to use public transport each day to travel to Rangiora. The school has a hostel which accommodates 80 boys. Pupils may qualify for assistance by way of Boarding Allowance if the distance of their homes from the nearest school or school bus route is greater than three miles, or if they cannot obtain the course they require at the nearest school.
