(N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 9. The Court of Appeal today heard and dismissed an appeal brought by Karl Frederick Rosel against his conviction and sentence before Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court at Christchurch on April 13 on a charge of burglary. The Court comprised Sir Alfred North (president), Mr Justice Turner and Mr Justice Haslam. Mr D. P. Neazor appeared for the Crown and Mr A. A. T. Ellis for the appellant
