SPECTACULAR SPILL
Montini and the favourite, Jacks Bay (the grey), fall on landing at the last fence of the Kennels Steeplechase at Hastings on Saturday after Montini had jumped sideways into lacks Bay. As the pair sprawl on the ground. Running Bear finds a clear run past them on he inside to the lead. Choc Wallace, which had also been near the lead, joins the other two on the ground after a bad leap. His rider, P. Hely, suffered a dislocated shoulder in the fall.
