NEW SPORTS JENSEN

The new sports-car which the Jensen company plans to introduce will the announced in about 14 months, the company has said in Britain. The car will be designed as a successor to the Austin-Healey 3000, and will be an open two-seater with rear-wheel drive and probably a V 8 engine. The Jensen factory built the Austin-Healeys under contract to 8.M.C., and hopes to equal the AustinHealey production of 400 cars a week when it announces its new model. The price will be between the M.G. and Jaguar sports models, and big United States sales are hoped for.
