North Linwood Widens Lead In Tennis

With a 6-0 win over Avonside 11. at Wilding Park yesterday, North Linwood increased its margin in the Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association's winter in-ter-club competition from one I point to three over Burwood Park, which beat Barrington I by four matches to two. Avonside I is only one point behind Burwood Park. There were no changes in position among the leading teams.
