The death toll in a Communist massacre of civilians south of Da Nang rose to more than 100 last night as bodies were dragged out of bunkers in the worst incident since the 1968 Tet offensive, United Press International reported. Reports from the village of Phu Thanh, 16 miles south of Da Nang, said that at least 114 civilians were killed and 83 wounded when Communist troops charged through early yesterday hurling grenades into bunkers full of terrified civilians.
