Seven Students Charged

WELLINGTON, June 12.
Seven youths, some of them charged with disorderly behaviour either in Molesworth Street or Parliament Grounds yesterday, all pleaded not guilty in the Wellington Magistrate's Court today, and were'remanded until June 17.
One youth appeared on a charge of using obscene language in Molesworth Street Mr N. R. Taylor appeared
as counsel for the youths, before Mr R. D. Jamieson, S.M. He entered pleas of not guilty on their behalf. Sergeant R. P. J. Neal said that he had no objection to a remand, or bail, until June 17. The Magistrate remanded each youth on bail of SlOO in his own recognisance. Those who pleaded not guilty to disorderly behaviour in Parliament Grounds or! Molesworth Street were Graeme Donald Mac Kay, aged 19, a university student; John .Hughes, aged 19, a law ; student: Wayne Phillip Ashton, aged 20, a student; Andrew Wilfred Watson, aged 18, a student; Evan Thomas.l aged 21, an arts student; and! Michael Thompson, 18, a student Christopher Wilton Parkin,] aged 21, a student was re-1 manded on a charge of using ! obscene language.
