Mr T. M. C. Hay was reelected for his sixth term as chairman of the Canterbury branch of the Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society at the annual meeting last evening. Other officers are: Vicechairman, Mr C. Holdsworth; secretary, Mr M. L. King; treasurer, Mr A. K. Whitty; committee, Mesdames N. U. King, 0. Newton, Messrs W. J. Close, M. C. Cullen, Holdsworth, R. C. B. Prickett, M. Orchard, B. Calder, J. Thomson.
