200 Bowlers Travelling
Nearly 200 Canterbury indoor bowlers will travel to Blenheim this week-end for this South Island championships. No island titles were competed for last year because Canterbury was the host association for the New Zealand championships. The Blenheim tournament should provide valuable match practice for Canterbury competitors intending to enter the national championships, which will be held at Rotorua from June 6 until June 13.
