Hairdressing Contest
A Wellington hairdresser. Mrs Jolene Willis, won the "Miss Wella Couleur 70” contest at the national finals, held ;in Rotorua recently. Mrs Willis and her model, Mrs Jennifer Lafrentz, will have a 20-day visit to Expo 70, Japan, for winning the contest. Mrs Pamela Lyndon, of Rotorua, was placed second, and, with her model (Miss Cecilia Bennison) will also have la trip to Expo 70. Fifteen New Zealand hairdressers and their models competed in the national finals. They were the semi;finalists chosen in area conI tests, held during the last two months.
