House Sold For $19,500
A two-storey weatherboard house at 54 Fendalton Road was sold for $19,500 at auction yesterday. The property, on a 50-perch section, has three double bedrooms and a double garage. The Government valuation is $12,250. The auctioneer was Mr C. N. Robertson, of Sherris and Wilson, Ltd. A two bedroom weatherboard bungalow on a section of 21.7 perches at 24 Leitch Street, Somerfleld, was sold for $5160. The Government valuation is $3700. Mr J. L. T. Dyer, of George Anderson and Son, Ltd, was the auctioneer. Mr Dyer also sold the Le Bon’s Bay Hall for $7OO. The hall, which has an area of 1700 square feet, is on a 16perch section.
