In the sheep pens hoggets opened on last week’s rates but dropped 50c as the sale progressed and several pens were passed in. Old ewes and wethers held to about late rates. Values were:— Top oxen, $165 to $175; heavy, $l5O to $160; medium heavy, $142 to $148; medium. $132 to $140; light, $126 to $129; unfinished, $lO9 to $llB.

Top beifer $129 to $134; medium, $lOO to $126; light, $B4 to $95.

Top cows, $124 to $133; medium, sll} to $117; light, from $9O.

Veal.—Top, to $126; medium, $9O is $105; light, $7O to $B6. Store Cattle,—2j-year steers, $126; lUyear steers, $B5 to $100; steer calves, $67; heifer calves, $5O; small calves, $32 to $36. ' Pigs.—Top baconers, $36; medium to good, $2B to $32. Top pokers, $27; medium to good, $2O to $25; weaners. $6 to $lO. Lambs.—Top, $9.60; heavy. $8.50 to $9.10; light, $5.70 to $6.50.
