STOCKPILE WOOL
Offering At Auction (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 15. The Wool Commission is to take advantage of the shortage of growers' wool by offering 3000 bales from its stockpile at the Auckland wool sale next Wednesday. The commission’s stockpile is now less than half of the 700,000 bale peak reached in the 1967-68 season. This will be the first substantial offering from the stockpile since a similar quantity came forward in November.
