New Zealand Forest Products, Ltd, Bing Harris and Company, Ltd, and Williamspn Jeffrey, Ltd, are partners in a new company which will make components for the motor industry. j tt is named Fabco Indus-: trie's; Ltd, and amalgamates the plastics division of Rainster (N.Z,), Ltd, with H. A. D.l Jannse, Ltd, and Board Fabricators, Ltd. Rainster is a subsidiary of Bing Harris and H. A. -D.' Jannse is owned by Williamson Jeffrey. New Zealand Forest Products and Sebelin dnd Duncan,: Ltd, of Palmerston North,..jointly own Board Fabricators. ; Forest Products has a fur-i ther interest in the venture through its holding of 18 per cent of Williamson Jeffrey’s ordnary capital. Porter Expands Porter Motors, Ltd, of Palmerston North. has bought all of the shares in Fowler Motors, Ltd, which holds the Vauxhall and Bedford franchises for the Manawatu area. Fowler joins the Porter group as a fullyowned subsidiary.
