Dr J. L. Robson, of Wellington, who has just retired as Secretary for Justice, has accepted an appointment at Victoria University as visiting fellow and director of criminological studies.—(P.A.) Mr R. A. Daniell, formerly Counsellor at the British High Commission in Wellington, has been promoted to the rank of Minister (Economic and Commercial). He will return from leave in Britain this week.
