Sawing Title To N.Z.
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY. L. Bolstad, of Rotorua, won his third world championship when he was successful in the 15in single-handed sawing title at the Sydney Royal Easter Show on Saturday. Bolstad, a member of the official New Zealand team competing at the show said it was his best performance yet. He said his aim now was to win the world 24in doublehanded sawing championship. The New Zealand team captain, D. Lamberton, will be his partner for the event, which will be run at the show later this week.
