INVERCARGILL. Willypay, which Invariably strikes form at this time of the year, should win the President's Handicap, the first leg of the T.A.B. concession double, at the Birchwood Hunt Club’s meeting at Invercargill today. His success appears more likely since the announcement that Governor General will not start. A capacity field of hack sprinters will contest the second leg, the Otautau Hack Handicap, for which Piccolo, Almont and Bella Crete appeal as a likely trio. The jackpot, beginning with a fresh pool, will be run on races four to nine, inclusive. The track will be easy.
