CARS IN RALLY

The 106 cars which will take part in the London to Mexico World Cup rally on April 19 have now been selected. The 106 crews represent 18 countries, and the rally will traverse 27 countries and carry prize-money of more than $70,000.

So far only 97 of the cars which will be used have been named, and 52 of them are British models. There are 18 French cars, 12 West German models, five from Russia, three each from Sweden and Japan, and two each from Italy and the United States.
