Escapers Caught
Seven girls who escaped from the Kingslea Girls’ Home in Burwood last evening were all apprehended within three-quarters of an hour. They escaped from the building through a window, shortly after 7 p.m. The police sent three patrol cars and the dog patrol. Four of the girls were apprehended in the grounds of the home and the other three in a swampy area near the (Shirley Golf Course.
