Four record, were broken at the Shirley Boys’ High School swimming sports by A. Atkinson. In the under 14 section. His best effort was in the 50 metres freestyle, tn which he broke the IM4 time of 33.4 sec by 3.2 see. tn the 25 metres butterfly he lowered the mark by 1.7 sec, and in the two other events by 0.3 and 0.5 sec.
