The application may be examined at the office of the Ministry of Works, Christchurch, during normal working hours. Swannanoa, be granted a right to take up to 180.000 gallons of water per day from a . well on his property, Swannanoa. at the maximum rate of 166 2/3 gallons per minute for spray irrigation subject to the standard conditions , of the Board s right to take natural water: the term of the right to be for a period of five years. , (2) That the objection of Mr D.
