Driver Dies
A driver was killed about 9 p.m. yesterday when his car ran off Tram Road near Swannanoa and hit a pole. He was Herbert Henry Paget, aged 26, a farm worker, of View Hill. Oxford Mr Paget, who was alone, was travelling from Oxford to Christchurch.
