Zambian Ban
(N.Z.P A.-Reuter—Copyright) LUSAKA, Feb. 13. The Zambian Government has banned all activities of the Opposition African National Congress in the Livingstone district bordering Rho desia, and the party’s officebearers there are being arrested. An announcement by a Government spokesman said that the move was a result of serious acts of lawlessness, including many political murders, which it alleged were inspired by various A.N.C. leaders.
