N.Z. Register For Comalco
, (N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 12. The Government had had discussions with Comalco on the allocation of shares to New Zealand citizens in their public issue, said the deputy Prime Minister (Mr Marshall) in a statement today. “While the bulk of the capital will be raised in Australia, there will be some shares issued on a New Zealand register and available to New I Zealand investors in New Zea land currency. “Cabinet has approved this proposal in principle and I the detailed terms are at prei sent being worked out and [will be conveyed to the comI pany.”
