PANCAKE RACE WINNER.—Mrs E. F. Rouse after she had won the final of the pancake race at New Brighton yesterday. The contest was run in five heats and there were 23 competitors, representing local organisations. Mrs Rouse ran for the North New Brighton Keep Fit Club. The annual event was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Christchurch East.
