FRANK KILSYTH FORRESTER, farmer, of Hawarden, to take 225,000 gallons of water per day from the Washpen and Karaka Creeks for the/ purpose of spray irrigation. KENNETH RUTLEDGE, farmer, of Hawarden, to take 140,000 gallons of water per day from the Washpen Stream for the purpose of epray irrigation. The applications may be examined at the office ot the Ministry of Works, Christchurch, during normal working hours. Written objections detailing the grounds on which the objection relies, or written submissions concerning the applications, will be received on behalf of the Council by the District Commissioner of Works, Christchurch, up to 4 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 1970.
