AUTO FILOU IN FORM
(N.Z.P.A. Staff Correspondent) SYDNEY. The six-year-old Le Filou gelding. Auto Filou, which is in great form with a second and two wins from his last three starts, stands a good chance of winning again in the Frank Underwood Cup (9f and 80yd) at Canterbury today. Auto Filou has been racing over sprint distances, but has won qver this course and distance. Last Saturday he beat Merry Jack and Smokey Touch over seven furlongs. The New Zealand-bred Sir Francis (Crest Of The Wave—Bewitched) is being pressed for favouritism in the final race of the day. the Riverside Welter (7f 80yd), by Cantare (Knight's Romance—Erata).
