103 MORE BODIES
Viet Cong Massacre (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) DA NANG (Vietnam), Nov. 13. Grave diggers yesterday uncovered the remains of 103 more victims of Viet Cong massacres near Hue, bringing to 207 the number of bodies exhumed in five days, the I Associated Press reports. Another 17 bodies of persons slain by Communist troops during their Tet offensive in February, 1968, were found in shallow, sand dune graves north-east of Quang Tri city. The remains of more than 2300 victims of the biggest atrocity of the war have so far been found and additional mass graves are still being uncovered. Some 3000 people were missing from the Hue area after allied troops recaptured the city that had been held by Vieit Cong and North Vietnamese army troops for nearly a month. Hue, the former imperial capital, is 380 miles north of Saigon and Quang Tri city is 34 miles north of Hue.
