SECURITY TALKS
Completion In Wellington (N Z. Pret> Aisociation) WELLINGTON, Oct. 14. Japanese and New Zealand Government officials today completed two days of discussion on international security and political issues affecting the Asian and Pacific area. The talks were the third to be held in the last three years. The Japanese delegation of three Foreign Ministry officials was led by Mr K. Arila, director-genera! of thte European and Oceanic Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The New Zealand delegation was led by Mr G. D. L. White, Acting Secretary of External Affairs. The Japanese Ambassador to New Zealand (Mr K. Yoshida) also took part in the discussions.
