(N.Z. Press Association) WANGANUI. Dates for the 1959 Rothmans road race motor-cycle championships events, to be held in conjunction with the New Zealand Auto Cycle Union’s championship races, are:— December 26: Round the houses, at Wanganui. January 1: Bay of Plenty grand prix, at Tauranga. January 3: New Zealand light-weight grand prix, at Levin. January 10: New Zealand international grand prix, at Pukekehe. January 27: Lady Wlgram races, at Christchurch. January 24; Ter-etonga meeting, at Invercargill. January. 31: south Island grand prix, at Timaru, February 28: Wellington grand prix. March 29- New Zealand grand prix, at Christchurch.
